Creators keep ownership

THE FORGE does not claim ownership of a creator's submitted music, lyrics, recordings, vocals, artwork, videos or other original creator content. Copyright and other ownership rights remain with the creator or applicable rights holder.

Your rights declaration

When you submit content, you confirm that you own it or have the permissions, licences and other rights needed to submit it and authorize THE FORGE to use it as described here. This includes any samples, beats, vocals, images, video, trademarks or other third-party material included in the submission.

AI-assisted content

Creators are responsible for checking the terms and permitted uses of the AI tools and services used to make their content. A submission must not knowingly infringe another person's copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy or other rights. THE FORGE does not guarantee that AI-generated or AI-assisted material qualifies for copyright protection in every jurisdiction.

Permission granted to THE FORGE

By submitting content and authorizing broadcast, you give THE FORGE AI RADIO / Walk My Walk Music non-exclusive permission to host, stream, broadcast, display, reproduce as reasonably necessary for platform operation, feature and promote the submitted content in connection with THE FORGE. This may include radio rotation, THE FORGE website, Challenges and Tournaments, winner features, promotional clips or posts, and THE FORGE-operated promotional channels.

This permission does not transfer ownership of your work to THE FORGE. Because the permission is non-exclusive, you remain free to distribute, release and promote your work elsewhere.

Challenges, Tournaments & promotion

Content entered into a Challenge or Tournament may be displayed, streamed and promoted as part of that event. Winning or featured content may receive additional THE FORGE promotion. Specific prizes or third-party promotional opportunities apply only when expressly stated for that event; THE FORGE does not guarantee outside airplay, streams, sales, rankings or third-party social promotion.

Review, refusal & removal

THE FORGE may review, decline, restrict or remove content when rights are disputed, information appears inaccurate, a submission violates platform rules, or removal is reasonably necessary to protect creators, rights holders, listeners or the platform.

Copyright concerns

If you believe content available through THE FORGE infringes rights you own or represent, contact THE FORGE with enough information to identify the work, the disputed content, your relationship to the rights, and a way to contact you. THE FORGE may temporarily restrict content while a good-faith rights complaint is reviewed.

THE FORGE branding

THE FORGE AI RADIO name, site design, logos, graphics and Walk My Walk Music branding used by the platform remain the property of their respective owner or rights holder and may not be represented as another creator's branding without permission.

Beta notice

THE FORGE is currently in beta. This policy establishes creator expectations during testing and should be professionally reviewed before a full commercial launch. Applicable law and third-party platform terms may create additional rights or obligations.
